Use for shorter cook times or as a fragrant finisher. For longer cook times, combine with other smoking woods to stabilize the heat. Try the wood chunks dry, or soak them in bourbon, juice or water to create steam, if desired. Whichever way you use them, it's going to be delicious.

    Return & Exchange Policy

     

    Eligibility:

    We accept returns on most non-perishable merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

     

    Due to the nature of certain products and events:

     

    Tasting event tickets and perishable items (such as open food or beverage items) are non-refundable.

     

    Merchandise (such as glassware, apparel, or accessories) may be exchanged or refunded if defective or damaged upon arrival.

     

    How to Start a Return:

    To initiate a return, email us at ​Samantha@wineandwhiskeycle.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.

    Refunds:

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
