Shipping, Returns & Damaged Orders
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays, and weather.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Wine & Whiskey CLE does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, quantities, and photos carefully before placing your order.
Ohio allows retailers to establish their own return policies, including no-return policies, as long as limitations on refunds are clearly disclosed before purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at samantha@wineandwhiskeycle.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package may be lost in transit, please contact us at samantha@wineandwhiskeycle.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Wine & Whiskey CLE is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout, including packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Wine & Whiskey CLE is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
